Mini Challenge 3- Prototyping/ Body-Storming

This blog covers the role-playing activity we used to describe and explain our magical machine.

Through the brainstorming process, we landed on the concept of a citizen-driven, smart grocery store that aims to create empathy for the farming communities across the country and foster relationships between the city community and the farming communities.

By using the method of body-storming, we ideated and came up with features for our concept. We engaged in casual conversation, where we each role-played the customer, and the space. This led to an understanding of what the interactions and touch-points between the customer and the space should be.
