Import Points to Revlo

Importing or adding points to Revlo from a previous system just got a lot easier! You can now upload your own CSV file in Currency Settings on your dashboard. To make this even easier, I’ll walk you through the steps.

Step 1
Download our CSV template. A CSV file is a comma separated values sheet and allows you to add the points data into our database. You’ll need Excel or Google Sheets to open our template.

Step 2
Add the usernames and points values from your previous points system.

Step 3
Upload the file. It may take a few minutes depending on how many users you are uploading. You’ll receive a notification when the import is complete.

Step 4
Your viewers will also receive a notification (pictured below) that they now have more points to spend on your channel.

If you have any trouble, it is likely due to invalid characters in the CSV. Here’s some guidelines to follow:

Usernames:
Characters A-Z, Numbers 0–9 only. No spaces.

Points values:
Integer values only.

If you make a mistake and award too many points, you can add a CSV with negative points values to take away points from broadcasters.
