We’ve been intently listening to feedback from our customers over the past few months and found that there were a lot of smaller issues that were piling up. No single issue was show stopping, but we saw them coming up over and over.
Building a company knowledge base can be tough. Collecting all the relevant information and wrangling folks to start writing down what they know is an uphill battle.
This summer our team has been busy spending time outdoors, enjoying the company of friends, and shipping lots of great new features.
