Team 1 Manifesto

Our team communicates a plan before any work is started. As a team we rely on check-ins throughout the process to ensure the work is being done.

We will try and create an accepting atmosphere where new ideas and questions are encouraged. We plan on building this with inclusive discussions and welcoming all responses.

Team members are expected to follow through with their promises. If they are unable to upkeep their promises, they will try to let the other team members know ahead of time, especially for assignments.

We will work as a decentralized group. Meaning that no one will lead but everyone will hold their group-mates accountable.

Our main communication channel will be through GroupMe.

We will handle conflict internally unless it becomes overwhelming, in which case, we will contact the professor.

We will do our best to divide up the work equally, collaborate on the assignments as much as we can. Team members will utilize google docs in order to share and collaborate on assignments/projects.

We will check each other’s understanding of the material and explain to one another what is not understood. We will do so by having team meetings in which we will brainstorm in person so everyone is on the same page with class knowledge.
