Hello friends,

Great news — our new version is ready for download! We’ve listened to your suggestions and comments, and have added several requested features to help more easily manage your business. With this version, we’ve focused on adding more options to customize your invoices for maximum flexibility with your clients!

WHAT’S NEW:

  • “Add-ons” in invoices — Last minute nail trim, or an extra treat? Not a problem — add it in your invoice.
  • Multiple services in a single invoice — Now you can add multiple services on the same invoice, rather than sending a separate invoice for each activity
  • Customizeable totals — Manually edit the total for the invoice (useful for adding discounts, promotions, etc)
  • 3% surcharge option — Choose to add a 3% surcharge to your invoice to cover transactional fees
  • No time-out in login — The app will no longer automatically log you out, so you won’t have to login again
  • Customer requests — Pet parents can fill out a form on our website for a service, and we’ll connect the client with their local pet care providers
  • General bug fixes

Now that this version is released, we’re working on even more. Here’s a quick preview of what we’re putting together next:

  • Auto billing setup for recurring appointments
  • Multiple calendars sync
  • Bank transfers with only a 1.9% fee
  • Customizeable cancellation policy
  • Deposits/prepayment features
