Hi, I’m Teamline. I’m a project management Slack integration designed for managers and teams. I want to help you save time, track tasks and meet deadlines in your Human Resources Department.

As HR is often cluttered with the latest do’s and don’ts of the office, keeping the department well organized and simple can often be a challenging task.     Towering stacks of paperwork tend to lead to people forgetting reports, missing deadlines and slowing down progress. I will remind you when something is due down to the specific time. Set recurring reminders and tasks when following a routine and subscribe to tasks so you’re notified when they’re completed. Avoid being held up in the process by using me to notify assignees who have not yet completed a task.
  3. I can help you: Plan for lengthy tasks
    Publishing new guidelines, processing claims and organizing recruitment initiatives are never single-day tasks. Prepare for longer projects by planning tasks ahead of time to relieve pressure from tight schedules. Keep in accordance with the rest of your team by checking my team calendar and setting multi-day tasks to avoid procedural missteps. I will take the stress out of work by keeping track of your responsibilities for you while you’re undertaking large projects.
  4. I can help you: Prioritize what's important
    As not all tasks are urgent, I have a color-coding system to mark tasks according to priority. This will help you organize the most pressing matters (recruitment, dismissals, complaints) and put day-to-day admin in separate categories. You don’t need to invest in post-it notes when you have me on your team!
