AI101 Series
Everybody from Domino’s to Bank of America has a bot, and you can’t order a latte in Silicon Valley without hearing about AI or machine learning. However, increased attention hasn’t resulted in increased clarity around these topics. It’s been quite the opposite. Since we’ve been working in this space for more than two years (a lifetime in Silicon Valley), I thought it would be helpful to put together some posts demystifying and exploring this rapidly evolving area.
Here’s what I plan to cover (I will update this post as I add new articles):
- AI, Assistants & Bots Demystified
- Expert Assistants and the Multi-Agent Problem
- Why We Need to Think About Assistant Neutrality
Coming soon:
- Assistants — How do they work?
- Common Assistant “Fails” and How they Happen
- The Future of Assistants is Personal
