NOTE: This is NOT a solicitation to invest but an information circular pertaining to the commencement of Hatchworks’ fund-raising activities.

Hatchworks is pleased to announce that an IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) for their ERC-20 utility token, HATCHTOKEN (HTCH), will commence on August 10th 2019 on the popular Hong Kong-based exchange, ZBG aimed Asian participants.

Hatchworks is a venture firm with an in-house incubator. The company thoroughly vets, invests in and monitors its portfolio investments through an Investment Committee (IC) and Operations Committee (OC). Hatchnet, which is its proprietary algorithmic investment insight platform, is now open to all HATCHTOKEN (HTCH) holders, giving early access and insight on industry leading VC deals that have eluded the masses for decades. Hatchnet can be accessed on www.hatchworksvc.com.

Currently in the process of expanding, Hatchworks are seeking funding up to $50,000,000 through a combination of this IEO (which raised $200,000 of which over 90% was internally funded) along with institutional investors and private funding over a 3–5 year period. This tranche is NOT open to the public. This will enable them to scale up the portfolio construction process, launch the commercial version of Hatchnet, and create a series of regulated funds which allow everyday people to get access to lucrative start-ups and cut through the thick layers of opacity that have been allowing a very small portion of high-net-worth individuals/families to continue to amass wealth, whereas the majority of people continue to chase debt spirals their entire life.

Details for the IEO are as follows:

Exhange: ZBG, https://www.zbg.com/
Token name: HTCH
Total tokens: 200,000,000 (200 million)
Launchpad quota: 8,000,000 HTCH

Hatchworks has been operational for around 1.5 years, has already invested in over 70 companies (c. $4,000,000 in total) and generated on dividend yield alone, a return of c. 12%. Co-powered by the DALP (decentralised autonomous liquidity pool), Spectre.ai team and private investors, the gains on investments which have thus far largely been channeled to the DALP and SXDT token holders, will now seek to expand its capital base and accelerate its investment program across all stages of investing resulting in an expansion of the DALP and acceleration of long term growth for portfolio projects such as Spectre.ai, Betverse.io and others.
