On the 13th of December 2019, TeamSpirit Singapore held a community event to present a report of the 2020 HRTech Trends for medium and large enterprises. We also demonstrated how our Workforce Success Platform (WSP) is an ideal solution in digital transformation for medium-sized companies and enterprises.

This meetup was a joint initiative by TeamSpirit and Verizon Innovation Community, and the event was held at Ocean Financial Centre, right at the heart of Raffles Place. For those who are interested in details — We have documented the meetup extensively here!

On 17th December 2019, TeamSpirit Singapore held a seminar in Japanese on Digital Transformation at WeWork Beach Road. We invited guest speakers Mr Edward Senju (Sansan) and Mr Hiromitsu Nakaue (ABEJA) to join us too!

Our Managing Director Go-san gave a presentation on how TeamSpirit brings digital transformation to the workplace and creates new value for everyone.

This was then followed by the TeamSpirit’s Workforce Success Platform (WSP) demo by TeamSpirit’s product manager Nino-san.

We thank our audience for their presence and engagement!

Ryan’s Presentation @Talk.CSS on 8th January, hosted at Microsoft Singapore Office

We started the new decade with a bang!

TeamSpirit’s senior software developer Ryan Chong was invited to speak at a Talk.CSS meetup on the 8th of January, hosted at Microsoft Singapore.

Ryan commenced his session with a corporate introduction of TeamSpirit and subsequently delivered his presentation on web design across different cultures. You may watch the video of his presentation on youtube or on Engineers.sg .

Ryan giving us a snippet of the web design trends for 2020.

Pretty cool, huh! It was definitely fun and interesting to learn about how cultures affect web designs and user experiences. TeamSpirit is happy to contribute to the CSS discourse!

Singapore Dreamin’ Rehearsals and Speakers’ Dinner

On 14th January, TeamSpirit’s Senior Software Engineers Prashant and Software Engineer Yuhi attended the Singapore Dreamin’ rehearsals at National Library.

What is Singapore Dreamin’? Organized and run by volunteers from the Salesforce community in Singapore, Singapore Dreamin’ is a one-day packed with informative sessions and networking opportunities with fellow Salesforce enthusiasts. TeamSpirit is especially privileged to be part of this Dreamin’ event — The first Salesforce Community Event held in this new decade, in Singapore!

Prashant and Yuhi are also the youngest speakers in the entire Speakers’ lineup at Singapore Dreamin’. The speakers curation process was competitive, so we are humbled that our topic “The 5 Unexpected Things That Einstein AI Can Do To Make Your Life Better” was chosen.

What an honour — and we are so proud of Prashant and Yuhi!

Networking with the Organizing Team and Distinguished Speakers at SG Dreamin’

In the evening, Ace — TeamSpirit’s Assistant Manager of Engineering — and myself went to the Singapore Dreamin’ networking dinner with the speakers and the organizing team of the conference.

We had such a great time discussing about the future and potential of Salesforce and how we can better serve Salesforce communities collectively.

Finally — Singapore Dreamin’, With TeamSpirit’s Prashant Singh and Yuhi Yoshida as Speakers!

15th January 2020 — The day of the much-anticipated Singapore Dreamin’ finally arrived!

A group photo with Desmond (member of SG Dreamin’ organizing committee) after the presentation by Prashant and Yuhi. So proud of our speakers!

After intensive preparation, Prashant and Yuhi delivered a highly engaging presentation to the Salesforce community.

Ending the presentation with a summary slide!

Well done, Prashant and Yuhi!

Meeting Keynote Speaker Karen Magnia

Another highlight at SG Dreamin’ was meeting Salesforce’s Karen Magnia — Vice President, Customer and Market Insights — in person.

From Executive Advisory Boards to strategic consulting at Salesforce, Karen’s insights are central to Go-to-Market strategy, product development, marketing and branding globally. She also influences industrial thought leadership through her role as Chair of the Customer Experience Council for The Conference Board.

And…Karen’s really spontaneous too:

At the start of the day: A photograph with keynote speaker Karen Magnia. Yes, Zinzin and myself closed our eyes because we were so into the “Dreamin’” theme of the event :P
At the end of the day: We love how Karen gamely posed for this selfie with us!

More Exciting Updates Ahead!

I hope you have enjoyed reading this post as much as I’ve enjoyed writing it!

On behalf of TeamSpirit, we would like to thank everyone who supported us in 2019. Please stay tuned to our upcoming monthly marketing and outreach reports in 2020! :)
