Minor League Baseball Announces Partnership with TeamWork Online. Multi-Year Partnership Provides League Clubs with Recruiting Benefits and Resources.
We are pleased to announce that Minor League Baseball and TeamWork Online have formalized a multi-year partnership. Through this partnership, TeamWork Online, the “Official Recruiting Partner & Professional Network for Minor League Baseball,” will co-host virtual and in-person career fairs around the country for teams to meet with skilled, passionate, and experienced candidates from the TeamWork Online Professional Network.
There has been tremendous growth and success of Minor League Baseball and Partner League clubs over the years. With that growth comes the need for clubs to increase their recruiting efforts to staff front offices with skilled, experienced, diverse, and passionate talent.

Candidates who wish to take part are asked to attend the regional career that is most convenient for them to travel to. All MiLB teams, regardless of their attendance at specific sites, will be provided access to attending candidate information.
Candidates can also visit MiLB’s official TeamWork Online site to view available employment and internship opportunities and submit an online resume.
About MiLB:
Minor League Baseball consists of 120 full-season affiliated teams across the U.S. and Canada and serves as a developmental system for Major League Baseball. MiLB, founded in 1901, is headquartered in New York and operates additional rookie leagues in Arizona, Florida and the Dominican Republic each summer.
Full-season MiLB teams are spread out across four levels: Triple-A, Double-A, High-A and Single-A. Players in the Minors are typically scouted by Major League organizations during their high school and college careers before being selected in the MLB Draft or signing as undrafted free agents and international free agents. Players are assigned by MLB teams to Minor League affiliates — there are no open tryouts for Minor League Baseball or its teams.
