A Celebration of Spicy Storytelling
Two anthologies coming in 2026
The Exceptional Erotica publication is going on an indefinite hiatus, but we’re not quite done yet.
In 2026, we’ll be celebrating the community’s creativity with two anthologies:
- Best Of Exceptional Erotica — a collection of standout stories from the publication’s run. If you’ve ever had a story published in the pub, and would like to submit it for consideration, e-mail jkmill_writer@outlook.com with the story, when (roughly) it appeared in EE, and your pen name. Expected to be published in summer 2026.
- Monster Smut collection (final name TBA)— a celebration of all things monstrous and sexy, releasing October 2026. Submit a new or previously published (in Exceptional Erotica) monsterfucking story to jkmill_writer@outlook.com with your pen name.
Stories should be between 1,500 and 5,000 words. Please send stories in .doc or .docx format. We may consider longer stories that we published as series in the publication. No more than two submissions per writer, please.
The submission deadline for both anthologies is January 1, 2026. We expect to announce acceptance decisions in the spring. Writers keep their rights, proceeds will be shared, and stories will appear on Kindle Unlimited for three months. We plan to do both e-book and print editions.
