A Quick Tip For a Forgotten Anniversary

Someday soon, Siri will let you ask this — until then…

Someday, probably early next year, iPhone users will be able to ask Siri, “Hey, I can’t remember our oldest daughter’s wedding anniversary. Could you look up the Message I sent last year, tell me, and add it to her Contact card?”

I bet you could do this on an Android phone — and I’d love to know what answer you get right now with “Okay Google, I can’t remember our oldest daughter’s wedding anniversary. Could you look up the Message I sent last year, tell me, and add it to her Contact card?”

If Siri says, “Sorry Dave, I’’m afraid I can’t do that”, smash your phone and run.

By the way, I just tried that now and Siri gave a brilliant answer:

I asked Siri “Hey, I can’t remember our oldest daughter’s wedding anniversary. Could you look up the Message I sent last year, tell me, and add it to her Contact card?” It replied: “You have no new messages”
