Tech-based Teaching: Vision Statement

Tech-based Teaching is a blog about ideas, innovations, and lessons in the field of educational technology, sponsored by Wolfram Research. We are interested in making technology more accessible in K-12 classes by giving edtech practitioners a space to discuss new ideas and innovative practices. From practical demonstrations to example projects, reflections on larger issues, and everything in between, Tech-based Teaching is a community-driven blog where education professionals explore what it means to teach with technology.

If you’ve used edtech in a K-12 classroom, camp, or after school program, we would love to hear your takeaways and teaching philosophy. We are particularly interested in cases where computational thinking and Wolfram technology have made teaching with technology easier. Perspectives from the educational technology industry and higher education teachers are welcome as well.

Please reach out for more information about writing for Tech-based Teaching. I look forward to talking with you and helping share your ideas with a broad audience devoted to computational thinking and educational technology.
