Lady of Shalott, Entrepreneur

For those days that you’ve mentally checked out, but your ass is still in that chair.

Based on John Williams Waterhouse’s Lady of Shalott

Lord Alfred Tennyson didn’t know it, but he wrote the perfect poem for the entrepreneur: The Lady of Shalott.

It’s about the Lady of Shalott, who has been cursed: she not only must furiously weave images of the world into an elaborate tapestry, but she also must never look out directly, instead peering into the real world by its reflection in a faded mirror.
