Targeting One (新羿生物), a 5-year-old, Beijing-based, company that focuses on the micro-droplet digital PCR technology platform, has raised nearly 150 million yuan ($21+ million) in Series B round of financing, led by Lily Asian Ventures, followed by Huachuang Capital, Hillhouse Ventures, Qingdao Yufeng, and Zhongyuan Huichen.
