Ironclad, an AI-powered contracting platform, raised $100M in Series D, led by Mary Meeker’s VC firm Bond. Previous investors including Accel, Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator Continuity, and Emergence Capital also participated.

GrubMarket, an extensive online grocery marketplace that connects consumers with farmers, raised $90M in Series D. Participants include “funds and accounts” managed by BlackRock, Trinity Capital Investment, Madison Bay Capital Partners, Marubeni Ventures, GGV, etc.

Rescale, a hybrid HPC cloud platform enabling intelligent computing for digital R&D, raised $50M in Series C from Hitachi Ventures, Microsoft’s M12, Nautilus Venture Partners, NVIDIA, Republic Labs and Samsung Catalyst Fund.

Reverie Labs, a pharmaceutical company pioneering the application of machine learning to developing next-generation small molecule kinase inhibitors, raised $25M in Series A, led by Ridgeback Capital, followed by Y Combinator, First Round Capital, and Neo.

Raydiant, a digital signage and experience platform provider, raised $13M in Series A. Backers include 8VC, Atomic and actor Mark Wahlberg.

Outer, a direct-to-consumer outdoor furniture brand, raised $10.5M in Series A, led by Sequoia Capital China.

Hey Maet, a faux meat company based in China, raised tens of million yuan in Pre-A Round, from Welight Capital and Junsan Capital, only 8 months after its launch.

MioTech, an AI-based sustainability data provider, raised a Venture Round from HSBC, further expanding the company’s stellar investor base which already includes ZhenFund, Horizons Ventures, Moody’s and TOM Group.
