It’s been almost a year now since Manjaro Linux became my main desktop environment. A brilliant Arch Linux distribution, available in all kind of flavours: XFCE, Gnome, KDE, Cinnamon etc.

After years of experiencing every Linux distros and desktop environments possible, mostly as Virtual Machines so I can break everything peacefully (from i3 and Awesome to KDE, XFCE, Cinnamon, Budgie etc.), I stopped on Gnome. Simple, efficient, once you’ve learned how to use it as it has been meant to be used, and customizable if necessary.

I now keep the Gnome Extensions to the minimum as they tend to make this DE lose its purpose. Added extensions: User theme / Dash to dock.
