Lessons Learned from updating my app to targetSdkVersion 31

Android 12 is coming. With Beta 4, it has just reached platform stability. Taking a look at the timeline below, the final build is expected to be released in November 2021.

Based on the annual target API level update policy, you will properly be enforced to set your target SDK to API 31 in November next year.

Although there is more than one year until this deadline, it’s a good idea to prepare your app as early as possible.

Based on this assumption, I already migrated my Android App Daffi — Daily Affirmations.
