An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

Maybe someday we won’t be able to say that if Apple finds a way to claim that it hurts its brand.

When you are a multi-trillion dollar company like Apple, you can bully anyone who uses the word apple.

Well, even pineapple is a target as this woman singer/songwriter found out when she received a cease and desist order from Apple when she released her single on Spotify in 2020.

Ok, probably it wasn't a cease and desist order but a gentle reminder from the Apple corporate lawyers.

It starts with some gentle persuasion and if you don’t comply and change your name then it goes to court.

Not everyone can take a tech behemoth like Apple, but Franki Pineapple did fight Apple and won.

Well, sort of, she had to issue a disclaimer that Franki Pineapple isn’t her real name.
