Turbohire provides a solution for the recruiters an ability to communicate with the candidates at each stage of the recruitment process. Turbohire communicates with Candidates from the Start of the recruiting process till the candidate gets hired or rejected. Turbohire allows the creation of Email templates for standardizing communication. Recruiters can select the templates and send emails to the candidate.
The above mechanism can be triggered for individual, Multiple, or Bulk candidates.

Email Communication and SMS/WhatsApp
Turbohire allows for effective candidate communication over email.
The recruiter sends the confirmation email to the candidates after the application is received from the candidate. This is the first step of communication that happens between the recruiter and the candidate.
Once the candidate has been screened and required more information on any specific criteria, then the Recruiter sends an email to the candidate to fill in the required information. Also, will intimate the candidate when the request will get expired so that candidate will be on alert to fill the same before it expires.
An email will be triggered to the candidate if any assessment is required from the candidate and the recruiter evaluates the assessment and based on the performance, the candidate gets moved to the next stage of the process or gets rejected.
Reminder emails are also available in the platform where the recruiter sends a reminder email to the candidate
The recruiter communicates with the candidate when he/she has been offered or rejected with valid reason and also sends a Background verification if the candidate has been selected.
Bulk email communication is the one way of communicating with a large number of candidates in a short span of time
In today’s world, SMS & WhatsApp are a highly effective way of communicating with candidates.
Turbohire integrates SMS and WhatsApp which allows Recruiters to communicate with the candidates for getting a quick response. Candidates can also easily access it from the mobile itself.
A recruiter can either enable or disable this feature while sending the communication to the candidate. The candidate receives the communication both in SMS and WhatsApp if it's enabled and he/she can access the link provided in the SMS and WhatsApp and submit the required information.
From this way of communication, both Recruiters and candidates will be engaged in each stage of the Recruitment process.
