Outlook Integration

Outlook Integration is very useful to recruiters because a lot of organizations use it for internal communication. With outlook integration with TurboHire, we are able to achieve these functionalities

• Send and receive emails using their outlook mailbox.
• Create and update calendar events.

Possible use cases for recruiters

Send all mails which go through TurboHire on the behalf of their outlook mailbox

Access emails received as a reply in the same mail thread directly from the platform without opening their outlook mailbox.
Get calendar updates in the mailbox.

Create events within the platform and they will be reflected in the outlook calendar the user.

Update existing events created from TurboHire or cancel them.

If the user has a team subscription they can schedule team events too by selecting teams as a video calling option while creating an interview in TurboHire.

Get a calendar schedule of other users who are part of the same outlook organization and create events based on that.

Steps to integrate Microsft Outlook

You can easily integrate your Microsoft Outlook account in TurboHire using the following steps:

1. Navigate to Settings > Personal Settings > Connected Apps Page.
2. Search for Microsoft Outlook and click on the Actions dropdown menu.
3. Click on the Configure button. A dialogue box will open to Configure your TurboHire Account with a Microsoft Outlook Account.
4. Please click on the Login to Microsoft button. It will redirect to the Microsoft Login Page.
5. Login using the Outlook/Microsoft Account registered with TurboHire by selecting Work or School Account.
6. Allow TurboHire to send and receive emails on your behalf.
