In every Product based company, there is a particular way to solve the bugs of the product. The process of debugging, as it is called, involves correcting all the errors that were made during production in order to improve the quality of a product or service.

In this article, we will discuss how debugging works and what processes are used by TurboHire when fixing issues with their products.

Let us know what is Debugging

Debugging is a term that refers to the process of finding and fixing bugs in software programming. A bug is an error in a computer program that causes it to perform in an unexpected or unanticipated manner. A bug can be caused by poor programming or faulty logic but is often due to a lack of testing before release or due to the addition of other features which might disturb the current code.

At this time people had to manually check the software for errors after they were produced and released. This process was called “debugging” because early programmers used a debugger tool (called a debug board) to stop and start the execution of programs on a computer, perform operations and examine memory contents.

Today debugging is done by professional programmers and engineers who use sophisticated tools to find and eliminate bugs in software. The process of debugging starts when a product is released to clients and the customer finds an error.

This can happen during the development process or after it is released to the customers. When this happens, we will be notified and they will begin working on fixing the problem. Debugging is performed by a team of programmers, engineers, and support staff to create a solution to fix problems with the product.

This page shows up in case of errors or any kind of errors in the site. This is the place where the client/customer can REPORT ISSUE and let us know about it.

How to can you do it?

On clicking the “Report Issue” on the error page you will get a pop-up dialog box on the right side of the page

  • Enter the Feedback section.
  • Here you can fill in the details and explain the details of the bug you are facing.
  • Even share the screenshot of the issue and submit it.
