CoZ Council officially secured funding from Neo Council. This means more CoZ Council Members can focus on developing the Neo ecosystem full-time.
30 “official” CoZ members within the community. Personally, I hope to see greater clarity in the requirements for becoming a CoZ member.
Neo Sponsor Giveback plan to all ICO contributors. This will NOT come from the 50 million NEO, under the management of Neo Council.
NEO token traded as a main pair against Gas and RPX token.
Neo Devcon postponed to January, due to scheduling/VISA issues.
Neo network experienced long block times, due to human error while unlocking of 15 million NEO tokens. Impressively, Neo Council immediately committed to begin the process of decentralising nodes (originally Q1 2018). A voting NEP will be released in a few weeks.

Newly redesigned Neo website with faster loading speeds. Open source code can be found on Github, and improvements in the form of pull requests are encouraged by Neo Council.

Launch of NeoSupport, a knowledge base for the Neo ecosystem. A great primer for newcomers that distills the essence of the Neo platform.

Da Hongfei presented at a seminar on ‘Promotion of the FinTech Industry in Korea’, along with many Korean academics and industry figures. Korea, Japan and Singapore have shown huge interest in blockchain technology. So far, Da Hongfei’s schedule has followed this trend, with the exception of Singapore.
Neo Team continues to engage Chinese developers through blockchain workshops. The number of Chinese developers seems to be growing steadily as a result of these city-to-city engagements. It will be interesting to see if Neo Council can successfully connect the Chinese NEO development community with the interntional NEO community.

NEX (Neon Meta Exchange) — A platform for decentralized cryptographic trade and payment service creation powered by NEO. Core team comprises of 4 CoZ Council members. Whitepaper will be released on Nov 20.
TheKey — A Decentralized Ecosystem of Identity Verification Tool Using National Big Data and Blockchain. TheKey have15 approved patents with SIPO, ID solution trial in two pilot cities, personal identity data of 210 million people in 66 cities, and partnerships with Ant Financial. Pre-distribution registration is currently ongoing.
QLink — A decentralized mobile network, dedicated to constructing an open-source telecom infrastructure on blockchain.

World Blockchain Conference Bangkok, where Da Hongfei will be present alongside prominent blockchain figures such CEO of OmiseGO and Co-founder of Status.
Trust Ecosystem Preview, where Da Hongfei will be present alongside senior management from Fosun Group, key representatitives of Ministry of Industry & Information Technology and China Financial Certification Authority. Exact details of this event remains shrouded in mystery.
