TechGen is about enabling students to launch. For the past 18 months, we’ve focused on helping students launch their careers by connecting with great companies and internship opportunities. It’s been incredible! But what we’ve realized along the way is that many students also want to launch companies. In fact, many students are already launching companies. So we created UnpitchEDU to help students launch companies.

Building off of the NEVCA’s four year-old UNPITCH, UnpitchEDU connects local investors with local student founders for casual conversation and networking. It is a no-pressure environment for both sides.

These students are actively building companies. And they’ll rely on a lot of different resources along the way! Boston has so many programs, tools and resources for entrepreneurs to leverage and with UnpitchEDU, we’re excited to connect founder and funder.

And we’re pretty psyched about the people we have involved. Investors like Katelyn Staley-Johnson, Peter Boyce II, Ash Egan, Payal Agrawal Divakaran and more.

You can learn more about UnpitchEDU and apply at UnpitchEDU.org!

(p.s. Deadline to apply is October 21st!)
