Do you remember those days when you can seemingly do anything efficiently? No slacking, just a full day of work, and you are still energized when laying down to sleep.

The next day, you keep going. Yeah, the pace is a bit slower, but you still get everything, and some extra tasks, done. While laying down, you are not as energized as the day before, you are a bit tired.

After that? It goes south. You are short on energy and motivation. You have to overcome your unwillingness to do anything all the time.

Yet, it does not have to be this way.

Different types of activities

One of the ways that can help you maintain an incredible pace is to incorporate more types of activities.

There are three base ones:

  • Repetitive labor
  • Problem-solving
  • Creative work

Changing one for the other will not help anything but your muscles (if applicable). For a meaningful change, you have to go for a different kind of activity.
