What if I can’t afford a coach or a mentor, you ask? The next best thing is the internet and online communities. Seek guidance from those with experience. Don’t try to hash it out on your own. When you’re consistently putting in your reps and have someone there to check and make sure you’re using good form, you’re positively and most definitely on your way to mastering any skill.
