I’ve been thinking about how best to support all the new Medium writers possibly struggling to find their 100 followers before the year-end when the new Medium rules kick in.

Part of me is glad that I joined before there was a deadline looming over my head: I may have just run the other way thinking it was in the too-hard basket.
