What 15 Years of Blogging Has Taught Me About Authenticity and Growth

In the vast landscape of the internet, I’ve wandered through various platforms — Blogger, Wix, Tumblr, WordPress, and more — each a chapter in my ongoing saga of digital self-expression.

Reflecting back on my journey, which began with a basic Angelfire website, I chuckle at my youthful pseudonym choices and naive attempts at digital vigilance.

My first WordPress blog, adorned with the name “The Watchtower,” unwittingly shared its title with a magazine far removed from my intended themes. Lesson learned: research your blog’s name thoroughly!

From 2012 to 2014, I found a rhythm, posting passionately about issues I deemed crucial. It was a time of exploration, marked by 66 posts and meaningful interactions. My hiatus to collaborate on another blog was short-lived but unforgettable, teaching me the value of consensus and idea refinement.
