The human race had evolved a lot since those days when we used to live in caves. We made four important innovations over a long time span, changes we can’t live without today. We learned how to control fire, make and use wheels, axes, and spears. However, some of our future innovation has had its influences on mother nature, with severe consequences. Along with the development of science and technology, nature too has increased its atrocities on the human race. There are many occasions where villages and towns have been washed away, and havoc destruction has made it misery for people to breathe.

There are many instances where people had to leave their shelter, and their belongings just to have a chance to live! And often such natural disasters occur in areas where living life is already tough.

One such place there are in the danger zone is in the central area of North Guangxi Rongshui County, where the area is 30 to 35 km wide and 50 km long and it is at the height of about 1500 meters above sea level. In the valley of Mount Yuanbaoshan, some people are quite poor, and their poverty does not allow them to communicate with the outer world. And after all, when a natural disaster strikes, their life becomes a punishment for them.

To help such people out and provide them shelter and medical treatment during such odd situations, Wei Ke Li, Sheng Jiang, Xing Chun Zhi Zhang of China have created a type of inflatable skyscraper which is called: a Dandelion vessel, as it looks similar to that.
These dandelion vessels are “master assembling stations” and after any natural disaster members of every household in the region can reach this station. Here they’ll find shelter where they can live in small units. It will help these areas by providing vital housing and at the same time provide them with the required medical facilities.
These shelters are designed in such way that even when there is no disaster, villagers from the region can go there to get medical treatment or any other facility available there.
The master station is made by a membrane and tensile. There is a rescue unit attached to every house that can rise to the unit that needs help. The surface of the master station is made of strings and tensile and are connected to an inflated balloon which can raise it to the required position.

After this concept gets successfully implemented in the regions which lie in the danger zone of China, it is evident that its demand will increase worldwide as there are numerous places throughout the world where people are still suffering and need help when there occur natural disasters.
