Design Award for Technicolor’s Portable Home Router

Technicolor Design Office has been awarded with an “Etoile Observeur du Design 2017” for its new LTE Portable Home Router. The annual French Design Awards are organised by a French Design Agency that promotes industrial design (APCI), and recognise the best innovative and user focused products designed nationwide.

The router is a light and flexible device to wireless access internet, includes a battery and specially thought for rural zones or emergent countries. It is easy to move around with its built-in handle. Plus, its light ring on top adds an easy and intuitive interface to help during setup and clearly communicates the quality of the connection. It can provide wifi connectivity to groups of people like teams, families or small communities. It can handle up to 30 devices at the same time.
