Hello Readers, thank you so much for being with Technifity! Technifity was a dream venture for all of us — with a vision to share knowledge and facts with the entire world! We started of on 22 April, and have got really positive response since. Though we aren’t able to post on a much Frequent Basis due to our High School Study Schedule, we try our best to keep our readers informed, and have successfully received more than 400 minutes of reading in the past month.

The Fun They Had” is a science fiction story by American writer Isaac Asimov. It first appeared in a children’s newspaper in 1951. And rather sadly, even NCERT has included the story in the English Curriculum — which means that even I need to read it.

Today, as we look back, we notice that this impeccable world, this impeccable life had a start. For a butter fly, its a Caterpillar. For a Caterpillar, it is an egg. For an egg it was another Butter fly. Then evolution enters the scene, and everything is traced back to Simple bacteria. Even they had a start, Scientists aren’t sure how.

Since the atomic number of an element is just the number of protons in the nucleus of an atom of that element, we can say, Why is the interval in the number of protons in successive elements in the Periodic Table ALWAYS 1?
