On 2nd June, as per the news, tech giant Prosus acquired the most famous knowledge sharing website, The stack overflow.
As per the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of stack overflow, Prashanth Chandrasekar, this is excellent news for their employees, customers, and community members. As per him, Prosus already has massive stakes in other famous knowledge-sharing platforms such as Udemy, BYJU, Codecademy, and Brainly.
Stack overflow is now one of the most significant acquisitions by Prosus. Tencent used to be the most extensive trade by Prosus. But, in April, Prosus sold the fraction of shares in Tencent to raise $15 billion, leading the Stack overflow to be the biggest acquisition by Prosus.
