My tips for knowing which CRM is a better fit

When choosing between Hubspot and Salesforce for your business, this is my advice:

1) Are you looking to get your CRM implemented fast and keep it simple?
Hubspot.

2) Are you looking to take a bit more time on CRM implementation to make sure it custom fits your business?
Salesforce.

3) On a tight budget and need basic CRM functions?
Hubspot.

4) Have a five-year biz plan to expand CRM-related functionality to Operations, Finance, and IT teams?
Salesforce.

5) Don’t have a detailed project plan with specific KPIs and goals for the business, with clear use cases for your new CRM yet?
Wait. Do these things first. If you need help, message me and my team at King Femina.

Hubspot is a great out-of-the-box product. It’s user-friendly, has great UX/UI, and fantastic email marketing automation. *BUT* if you need customization, don’t get started here. It’s far away from being able to really customize much.

Salesforce is the king of CRMs for a reason. Its customization capabilities, support resources, product library, and help desk surpass any other CRM in the industry as it stands now. *BUT* this all comes with a cost, and it is much higher than most others, including Hubspot. Salesforce is also going to have a much longer lead time from the start of implementation to go live with pilot teams.

That’s my two cents. Hope it helps!
