One Plus 6 Expected Release Date and Specifications

After the great success of OnePlus 5T in 2017, OnePlus 6 is back in the grounds to make its own mark in the market in 2018. OnePlus has always been acknowledged for its ‘low price, high specifications’. To maintain this, promise the company has introduced new and advanced devices to match the expectations of the audience and the technology.

The release date for OnePlus 6 has still been an unrevealed mystery but there are rumors to be released in April 2018. And it is surely expected, that OnePlus will still be on its tag line for ‘low price, high specifications’.

Release Date

There were many rumors revolving around us from a longer period of time about the launch of OnePlus 6 in the month of April 2018; also, there were strong assumptions there was a release in March. But surely this is proved to be just an ‘rumor’, as its been end of March and still no signs about that.

Now the predictions are being made that the launch might be in June. Depending upon the previous launches of their models OnePlus3 & OnePlus5 were which were in June. But despite of this tradition its has been a leaked news that the company has not approve this thing.

Even though there is no official news from OnePlus about the launch, but it is predicated to launch soon as OnePlus5 T model has run out of stock in US. This news indirectly indicates that the users will get to taste OnePlus 6 soon.

The latest leak news about OnePlus 6 reveals that the price of this model would be $749. Whereas, the previous model was about $499 for OnePlus 5T; which is approx. a rise of 66% from the lower version to the latest one.

As going into the past, it has been observed that, there is slight hike into the price of OnePlus models after the rate announcement in UK. Similarly, this price hike may even be applied to the OnePlus 6 model when actually prices will be declared in the market.

There were many leaked images about the model from long period of time. There were some images which were viral on the web. Basically, if these images were positive than OnePlus 6 will have its back panel of glass finish. This feature was previously used by their one of the model OnePlus X.

After not so good response received for OnePlus X about its design, it is also said that OnePlus 6 might follow the trend of Notch Design.

The over all dimensions of OnePlus 6 might consist of a 6.28-inch 2280 x 1080 display, with the phone said to be 7.5mm thick and 175g.

Camera

According to the leaked specs list the camera features would be as same as OnePlus 5T, which are of 20MP and 16MP with a dual-lens f/1.7.

According to the rumbled news, if the images are genuine then OnePlus 6 would come up with a dual rear camera with a finger print below it.

Battery

There would be slightly increase in the battery from 3300 mAh to 3450 mAh in OnePlus 6 as compare to his previous model.

It is expected that OnePlus 6 would comprise of wireless charging facility. As this facility was to be included in OnePlus 5T, but was eventually unsuccessful due to some technical problems.

Processor

The processor for OnePlus 6 is assume to be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 chipset. It would also be consisting of most advanced version of Android which would be Oreo 8.1 would be.

OnePlus 6 comes with a storage capacity of 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

Also depending on the leaked list of features the storage comprises of 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
