Rancher

Rancher provides lightweight Kubernetes distribution (K3s) which is helpful in running Kubernetes on IoT & Edge applications — I have always wanted to try K3s, will try it soon…!

Using Minecraft reference, Dan overlaid the foundation of Kubernetes and the ecosystem in the opening keynote. The hall was massive and fully occupied

Keynote: Role of Architecture in Building a Community

Davanum “Dims” Srinivas, Chairperson of Kubernetes Forum Bengaluru & Staff Engineer II, VMware

Dims gave a neat picture on how Kubernetes has been build solely by the community and how control loops in kubernetes helps the architecture to self heal.
