We are extremely grateful your support of Tech’s Good since our inception in September 2017. We launched our platform with a focus on: showcasing efforts from the tech industry to create social impact; facilitating a more transparent innovation ecosystem in the tech for good space by sharing challenges, failures and lessons from different projects; and demonstrating that no project is perfect — good intentions need to be met by equally good evaluation, critical thinking and a willingness to adapt and improve.

We are so proud of the voices we’ve been able to showcase, and the unique perspectives we have given a platform to. We believe we have achieved our mission of advancing this conversation, and see our high social media engagement rates as a great metric of success. Thank you for your enthusiasm!

As an entirely not-for-profit volunteer-run project, we continually re-evaluated our ability to meaningfully contribute to this space and have often wondered when a good time to wrap the project would be. Due to diminished volunteer capacity, we have made the decision to conclude the project and to no longer accept or edit new submissions as of 2020.

This publication will be archived and remain live indefinitely at the same URL techsgood.org so that the insights we have collected will continue to be accessible to our audiences.
