Calling all London tech scale-ups! Techspace Shoreditch is now open for business
Our most ambitious project yet, Techspace Shoreditch has opened its doors to the London tech community. Positioned in the heart of Shoreditch on Luke Street, our new 20,000 sq ft office space offers a state of the art option for best in class teams who are looking to be part of a fast-growing tech community.

Bringing the ecosystem together
The main attraction — an impressive events lounge — is a 2,000 sq ft double-height events space with a 4 square meter south-facing glass wall. Techspace is already curating a full programme of events tailored to members’ needs, including funding, recruitment and marketing workshops. In addition, Techspace will open up the space for members to book workshops and evening events, offering members the opportunity to promote their own products, job openings, and investments, whilst engaging with the wider ecosystem in a more meaningful capacity.

At Techspace Shoreditch, we’ve created a floor of meetings rooms for different stages of your tech scale up journey. We had a lot of fun creating these rooms — there’s places for serious thinking, as well as rooms for brainstorming new ideas.
Of course we have the traditional-style boardrooms too, but the modern-day meeting is very different than it used to be, so we’ve created a meeting room for every occasion. Techspace members enjoy meeting rooms for free, and can book them online or via app.
Your name in lights
At Techspace our members are the focal point, you won’t see much Techspace branding, and this is reflected in the way we brand our spaces.
Member company logos are displayed front and centre on our new digital signage — both on a tablet at the door to your private office, as well as on the digital screens at the building entrance. Screens in the meeting rooms also reflect which member company has its booking coming up. This is powered by our in-house tech, which grabs your branding directly from your social media, meaning there’s no risk of anyone else using the meeting room you’ve booked.

Currently, we’ve got 10 Fixed Desks remaining in our coworking area, for soloists or small agile teams, and few Private Offices available from 12–40 desks. We also have an Enterprise membership available for those looking for more self-contained leasehold alternative, where you can command an entire floor.
