Partnering with Crowdcube will mean that we can offer more value to our members. By setting up formal relationships with specialists in the tech ecosystem we can share learnings on the intricacies of scaling up. Despite crowdfunding’s increasing popularity, relative to more traditional methods of raising finance, crowdfunding is still largely an unknown quantity for scale-up founders. In order to provide more optionality for our members Crowdcube sessions can close the knowledge gap, and communicate the venture hacking upside of getting the most from your social following. In order to deliver this to our members we’re pleased to announce a bespoke series of hands-on workshops, private consultations, Venture Labs, events and Founder Talks.

What are the goals of partnership?
At the core of this collaboration is Crowdcube’s fierce ambition to help founders of Techspace members receive best-in-class venture advice and support. We want founders to have the opportunity to explore which diversified capital streams may be the best funding routes for them and how the collaborative investment by design is a powerful vehicle for getting smart money. We want to ensure that all members have the chance to absorb relevant and sector-specific education and resources relating to venture and growth strategies. From Crowdcube’s perspective, this will be amplified by personal coaching and 1-to-1 attention that will make the funding journey for the founders as streamlined and exciting as possible. At the end of the day, the goal is clear: making Techspace scaleups more successful, with more capital to play with, so they can scale smarter and truly supercharge.
What should our members expect from Crowdcube?
Through this relationship, Crowdcube’s Equity Coaches will plug into Techspace’s member services offerings, with support including bespoke hands-on workshops, and regular Events. This new partnership is in line with Crowdcube’s vision of giving early stage teams, as well as later stage scale-ups, information about the investment options they have and how to best tap into our massive network of Angels and angel networks, VC firms, Family Offices, engaged users and the general crowd. All Techspace members will receive a discount on Crowdcube fees when Techspace startups successfully fund on the Crowdcube platform, as well as high-touch coaching and bespoke marketing solutions around the campaign when a member is ready to launch and #raise_like_a _boss!
