Over the last few months our Interior Design team at Techspace® have been experimenting with Matterport cameras to support the design process of new buildings. More recently however, we’ve also started experimenting with exhibiting our workspaces.

In about half an hour our camera-wielding Marketing Associate, Sam, scanned a 3,000 sq ft workspace at our East London location, Techspace Shoreditch.

Take a walk…

Getting a client into view property has always been the key to the selling space in the property world.

So with this kind of easy-to-use technology developing, you can expect to see the property, coworking, hotel and travel industry start to give buyers a lot more viewing experiences online.

When it comes to the Matterport app, you are also able to highlight the photo captures you want to save.

Here are some examples of the space we’ve exhibited in our trial scan.

Yep, it’s a game-changer.
