Welcome to Techspace Kreuzberg — Phase I
Our first overseas coworking space has opened its doors to the Berlin tech community. Located on Lobeckstraße, our new building holds space for 450 workstations across 3,000 sq metres.
“The Berlin expansion was a natural move for us given our singular focus on helping technology companies to grow and become more productive.” Our CEO, David Galsworthy comments,
“At a time when Berlin needs to be establishing itself as a credible tech hub that can support scaleup businesses, the lack of available space is a problem that needs to be resolved. We feel that it’s important we support the growth of the ecosystem with the launch of our largest space to date”.
The challenge with Techspace Kreuzberg was to deliver product-market fit, and bring our existing model into a new international market. Over two phases the building aims to promote collaboration through building design and space planning. At this point in time, we’re pleased to announce that Phase I of the project is now 100% full, and more than anything this helps us validate that the project has achieved product-market fit in Berlin.
Specifically designed for fast growth tech companies our understated branding allows members to customise their workspace. This helps companies to develop their own team culture as they scaleup, an important part of growing, which is often overlooked by our competitors.
New members include Finiata, Dionera & Insurhub who join our European scaleup community of over 1500 members.
