The tech industry in Ghana is undergoing a massive restructuring, with many individuals and organisations playing key roles in this establishment. Digital marketing is taking centre stage with the intensive penetration of social media. Businesses are expanding marketing budgets to accommodate digital marketing spend while new roles are being created to make room for careers in the sector. Ghana has seen a significant rise in Digital Marketers and Agencies in 2016.

Digital Dialogues, a meetup of vibrant digital marketing enthusiasts to discuss case studies, projects, share ideas, and network as well is being organised to discuss social media and election 2016 at Ispace on Wednesday 30th November

According to the curators, Digital Dialogues seeks to build a community for and around digital marketing in Ghana and also come up with innovative ideas that make them competitive on the continent.

The theme for the maiden edition is The Impact of Social Media on Election 2016.

During our discussion, panel members will chronicle their content creation journey towards the elections, roles social media can play on Election Day and how digital marketers can drive positive impact of social media during this election.
