WAZIHack is a Hackathon in collaboration with the WAZIUP project.
The WAZIUP project is an Open Innovation Platform for internet of things IoT-Big Data in Sub-Saharan Africa; is a collaborative research project using cutting Edge Technology, applying IoT and Big Data to improve the working conditions in the rural ecosystem of Sub-Saharan Africa.
It is an OPEN SOURCE project addressing the IoT needs and demands of developing countries. It is also tailored to suit the IoT and Big-data PaaS platform in the context of Africa in order to offer value-added cost effective, reliable and energy efficient services. The project offers the benefit for African Developers at lower entry level on innovation.
