TELE2 — BEST MOBILE NETWORK IN SWEDEN

P3 Communication is an international leading mobile benchmark company, that has executed public benchmarks measurements since 2016 in Sweden. The aim for P3 is to present measurements that represent the actual customer experience considering accessibility, retainability, and quality for voice calls and data services, and one of the most important motivators for coming out well in a P3 test is that it shows that you have a reliable network.

The P3 benchmark is based on measurements taken during 6 months, and during 2019 the Swedish P3 award was based on crowdsourced data from 210 Million measurement samples. The Crowdsourced Quality Categories that are used as a foundation to determine the winner of the P3 award are:

· Voice Coverage

· Data Coverage

· 4G Coverage

· User Download Speed

· User Upload Speed

· Data Service Availability

According to P3 Mobile Benchmark 2019, Tele2 now has the best mobile network in Sweden, and we have finally beaten Telia after have been awarded with a second place in all previous P3 benchmarks since 2017. We have since the big outages that occurred before summer 2019 not had any critical incidents that have had a huge impact on our customers from a service perspective. This is something that we are very proud of and something we view as one of our main goals.

It is important for us to retain our P3 position, and we will keep on with our hard work in order to be able to continue to say that Tele2 has the best network in Sweden. In addition to the importance of keeping our network up and running without any negative customer impact, we also have to put extra effort into optimizing our “end to end” services in order to stay at the top. Our good knowledge of how the system nodes in our network all work together and our knowledge that the end services aren’t better than the weakest link in our network are our main focus areas and will continue to be so.

I am really glad that it shows that we put in the effort to continue improving our self at Tele2 and that we have finally become the nr 1 and “Best in test” in the P3 measurements!
