Outreach and Partnerships Manager
Permanent — Fulltime; Remote
Telebond (www.telebond.com) combines web-based communication with payment, creating direct online access to experts of any kind across the globe, while reducing administrative and technological barriers.
Telebond is built around an innovative business model, leveraging the latest web-based video call technology. To connect individuals, we created a unique solution; an individualized direct link between experts and where their clients find them online — we call it the Telebond-Route.
We operate out of Vienna, Austria, as a team distributed across Europe. We are looking for a passionate, talented candidate to fill a key position within our marketing organization. We expect you to be an outstanding and passionate relationship manager with the ability to sell, negotiate, and align our company goals with those of our clients whom we see as our partners in rolling out the Telebond-Route globally.
You will be driving the acquisition of new partners as well as maintaining ongoing relationships, working together to grow our joint user base.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the acquisition and relationship management of our partners
- Work closely with senior management and other marketing team members to align our internal goals with your strategy
- Establish stringent processes to vet and select new partners
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to our outreach campaign
- Develop product and market expertise and deliver it to our partners
- You will represent and manage our brand towards our partners
- Build KPI oriented and transparent reporting
- Your work will include co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing and other forms of promotional events
- Work closely with our product management and engineering teams to further improve our product
Requirements:
- Passion for partner and customer success
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- High willingness to work independently, to take ownership and acquire the necessary expertise autonomously on the job
- Past experience in sales, marketing or account management preferred
- Strong abilities in developing and managing partnerships for the purpose of product distribution, lead or revenue generation, and other strategic initiatives
- Great communicator, both written and verbal, with high attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Native language skills in German or English
- Bonus skills: CRM software and Atlassian JIRA
