Submission Guidelines

What we’re eager to publish, how to publish and best practices

We want you to speak up about everything related to design. Tell us what makes your heart beat faster, what frustrates you or motivates you, something new you just came across, or something you wish you knew earlier that you know now.

Writing guidelines + tips & tricks:

1. Write from your heart. Passionate topics in all areas of design is of interest.
2. Make your story short and sweet. Its not the length of your story that makes it good, but the content in your story.
3. Write a clear descriptive headline and subtitle to your story. Readers decide if they want to read your story based on the title and intro.
4. Your work should contain your own thoughts, ideas, insights and perspectives. Dont plagiarize.
5. Remember to read through your work before submission. Look for typos and other mistakes.
6. Add a nice image to your work. Its inviting and makes your piece more interesting. Be careful with copyright.

Criterias for publishing through telenor design:

1. To be able to post your story on behalf of telenor design — you need to be invited as a writer to telenor design on medium.
2. Your story needs to be accepted by Telenor Design before publishing. This means it may need to be edited if we find grammatical errors, bylines or add images to your story.
3. It must be unpublished content. Something you have written yourself and not published elsewhere.
4. We expect you to read through and proof read your own story before you send it to Telenor Design for publishing.
5. Find your own image to submit with your story

You need to be invited as a writer on medium through Telenor Design to be able to post your story.

Step by step guide to submit your article through telenor design in medium:

Step 1:

Get invited to be a writer by telenor design on medium.

Step 2:

Select “Submit to publication” in the drop down menu.

Step 3:

Select “Telenor design” and click “Add draft”

Step 4:

You have now sent your submission. Your story will be reviewed by Telenor Design before publishing.
