How to be happy?

How can I be happy? This is a very simple question, but many people find it difficult to answer.

Different people answers this question in different ways. In my video, I try to make some comparison to different answers of this question. The answers are different but similar in some certain ways.

Answer from Wiki:

  • Becoming happier means: Starting small, Making progress, Being proactive
  • Plan a holiday to rejuvenate yourself.
  • Exercise: people who exercised felt better about their bodies.
  • Stop comparing yourself to other people. You are unique.
  • Get in touch with your anchors.
  • Meditate — Rewire your brain for happiness.
  • Try to live in the present. Forget the bad experience in the past.
  • Find something you love, and find people as interested in it as you are. Do what you are passionate of and love what you are doing.
  • Buy experiences instead of things.
  • Find a hobby, or even better, a job, where you experience flow.
  • Visualize having a good day.

  5. Walk Outside at least 30 minutes a day

The answer are quite similar.

However, the lifestyle is your choice. You do what you like to do and make yourself happy!
