Roby for Teams: Submitting Tickets With Roby

Standard request: A ticket that is submitted directly from the requester to the support team by chatting with Roby.

Let’s get started!

  • To submit a standard request:

Add Roby to chat by typing “Roby” in the search bar on top.

Type “Help”, “Hi” or anything you like in chat to pull up the Roby app and select “Make a request”.

Next, fill out the request submission form to submit your request to the support team. Click “Submit your request” to complete your submission.

  • To view open ticket status:

To view the status of any open requests you have submitted click “View my tickets”.

From here you can view your open ticket count and a summary of your open tickets organized by priority level and date.

To see a more detailed overview of a single request, send a reply to the ticket resolver or check the message queue for that request, click “View ticket details”.
