Badges can help your team celebrate success, wherever they may be.
We know an important part of building a strong company culture is acknowledging wins and celebrating successes. New members have expressed that they would like an easy way to identify high-performers within a team while working remotely. We’ve also heard that admins want new ways to welcome members and recognize current teammates for outstanding contributions.
To make it easier to identify fellow team members and foster community building, new Roby badges will appear in your Roby chat when certain milestones are reached.
Badges are earned for things like:
- First Interactions: Closing certain tickets for the first time (ex: closing your first high priority ticket)
- Streaks: Closing certain quantities of tickets (ex: answering and closing 50 support tickets)

Let the race begin: now that you understand how badges in Roby work, it’s time to start speeding your way through some tickets. To celebrate the launch of our new badge feature, the first person to achieve (and screenshot) the final badge will win a $50 Amazon gift!
Here’s how to enter the contest:
- Close some tasks. (You’ll need to be extra productive to win!)
- When you unlock the Golden Roby badge, take a screenshot and share that screenshot on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #goldenroby. Don’t forget to mention @tellroby so we see it.
*No purchase necessary. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and live in the US. Photos must be submitted between May 5, 2020, and December 31, 2020, to be eligible. Winners will be notified on Twitter or Instagram. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim prizes. Winners must be part of a team in Roby.
