Analytics dashboard
To make analytics more accessible, usable, and powerful, we recently launched a brand new Reporting Dashboard. It gives you easy access to the most important metrics on your team’s performance.
Ticketing dashboard
You can now view, manage, and respond to ticketing from your portal.
To respond to open tickets directly in your admin portal,
- Go to Dashboard> Tickets> Open
- Click the green reply button on the far right side
To edit to ticket priority levels directly in your admin portal,
- Go to Dashboard> Tickets> Open
- Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the field you want to edit
From the ticketing dashboard, you can also view:
- Ticket ID
- Question
- Followups
- Requester name
- Priority Level
- Deadline
- Status
- Assignee name
- Date Created
Manage your setting & subscription
From the settings tab of your portal, you can:
- Manage your subscription
- Add/remove users
- Pre-set FAQs
- Edit auto-responses
- Set language preferences
- Manage your integrations
