How do I submit a ticket with Roby?

How can I use Roby to automatically respond to repetitive requests?

To enable Roby’s auto-respond feature you must first close 15 tickets. You can find more information here.

Note: Please keep in mind that the more requests you resolve with auto-reply turned on, the more accurate your answers will be.

What if my company uses multiple platforms (ex: Microsoft Teams and Slack)?

Roby is able to connect multiple accounts like Microsoft Teams and Slack. Your support teams can choose either one of these platforms to manage incoming tickets. Please contact us for support.

Can I use Roby to manage my external requests and support tickets?

Yes, Roby is able to connect to multiple platforms and functions cross-domain so your clients can submit support requests without leaving their preferred workspace. Email us at info@tellroby.com for setup instructions and technical support.

Can Roby connect to my existing ticketing system?

Where can I find pricing & subscription information?

You can manage your subscription information any time from your Roby admin portal by going to Settings > Subscription. From here you can view detailed pricing information, select your plan, and make payments.

What if I can’t access my online portal?

You may need to contact your company’s Microsoft Teams admin to gain access. If you are still having issues, let us know by emailing us at info@tellroby.com and we’ll help get you set up.
